Because a downloaded digital product cannot be returned, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable after the link is used. This does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in your country.
Technical defects
Report a reproducible defect within 72 hours with the order ID, exact device codename, ROM/build, logs, and installation steps. We will first offer troubleshooting, a corrected build or a compatible replacement.
Not covered
Refunds are not available for unsupported devices or ROMs, failure to follow instructions, relocked or modified boot chains, third-party module conflicts, device damage, misuse, redistribution, account suspension for breach, or stated experimental features.
Payment disputes
Contact support before opening a chargeback so we can investigate. Fraudulent or duplicate disputes may suspend delivery while the provider reviews the transaction.
